In transit (April, 2005)

On the road south from Hervey Bay for the last time.

Canberra is still sunny one day, sunny the next.

I took time out from the packing to have dinner with family and friends.

Pacific Explorer 2005 in Sydney was a wonderful place to renew my friendships with philatelic colleagues from Australia, UK and USA on my way out of the country.

The Pacific Islands Study Circle meeting was a success, with many local and overseas visitors showing interesting material. I had an opportunity to take part, as I had brought my exhibit to Sydney.
