The first snow of the season was pretty, but didn't last long. However, snow showers on and off during the day made me worry if I would get back home safely from my outings!

I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at a Victorian tea house to celebrate reaching half a century.

There was so much chocolate I just had to get a photo of it all!
