On March 14, 2001, cableguy52 was elected by iomoon as the new eUSC President. He was honored on a stamp with a Civil War theme, represented as a 6 star general.
As per the previous issue, these stamps were printed by ccmouse, and were released to the chat board community via charity auctions.
A large commemorative proof of the stamp design was also issued at the same time. Only 30 of these were printed, and they bear the signatures of ccmouse and cableguy52.
The stamp was issued in sheets depicting all three eUSC presidents.
